Description
- Assist sales team in daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Support the sales team, manage schedules, prepare reports, and assist in client communications.
- Coordinate sales activities and maintain records of sales and customer interactions.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations as needed.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Support marketing initiatives to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales support or coordination.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Office.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require overtime during peak times.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and a team player.
- 20-34yrs old are willing to apply
