Description

  • Handling, updating, and assisting with day-to-day loan consultant concerns/queries.
  • Assisting marketing assistants/BMs on pre-screening documents/requirements submitted by loan consultants.
  • Boost sales engagement of assigned loan consultants per branch on delivering new/renewal accounts.
  • Assist in the recruitment and Onboarding of new loan consultants.
  • Escalate concerns, complaints, and other issues being encountered to the immediate supervisor for quick kills, and implement approved solutions on a case-by-case basis.
  • Assist/execute programs implemented by the Trade Marketing Department.
  • Willing to be trained in Ortigas, Pasig City, for two (2) days (hotel, food, and travel expenses will be covered by the company).

Requirements

  1. 1-2 years of experience or a graduate of any 4-year business-related course with relevant experience in banking and finance.
  2. Process-oriented and technology-inclined, organized, and can work in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Can communicate confidentially—both written and verbal—and is able to liaise with all departments and stakeholders.
