Description

  • Prepare sales orders, job orders and coordinate deliveries.
  • Assist in the creation of pull-out and transmittal forms, presentations, proposals, and brochures.
  • Find reliable local suppliers through cold-calling and emailing.
  • Process purchase requisitions and coordinate purchase orders and payments to local suppliers.
  • Support the sales team by scheduling appointments and preparing for meetings.
  • Update centralized team reports including but not limited to client POs, sales orders, price lists.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and filing documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
