Description

Support sales team with administrative tasks, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and maintain records accurately.
Support sales team with administrative tasks
Manage sales records and documentation
Coordinate communication between sales representatives and clients
Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations
Maintain CRM database and update customer information
Schedule meetings and appointments
Handle customer inquiries and provide follow-up support

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales administration or similar roles.
Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication (both written and verbal), Japanese proficiency, organizational abilities, interpersonal skills, and coordination skills.
