Description

  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring all sales opportunities are pursued and converted into sales.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless delivery of products.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager/Director.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.

Requirements

  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the construction, manufacturing industry or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with construction and manufacturing is an advantage.
