  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to attract diverse talent.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and prepare reports.
  • Collaborate with HR to develop effective recruitment strategies.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Fresh Graduate
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Excellent Communication Skills, Written and Verbal Communication.
