Your new role:

As a Talent Advisor at Raw Talent, your primary responsibility will be to recruit, onboard, and induct qualified Early Childhood professionals. Your work will contribute to ensuring a positive experience for candidates and maintaining Raw Talent's reputation as a top employer in the sector.

Recruitment at Raw Talent is unique, as we receive a high volume of inquiries and applications from qualified individuals eager to join our team.

Your role will involve managing the full end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, including compliance checks, reference checking and interviews.
