Description

Responsible for the design and development of the system, covering both front-end and back-end technologies.
Participate in requirement analysis, system architecture design, and technology selection.
Maintain and optimize existing code to improve system performance.
Collaborate with the team to ensure timely project delivery.
Continuously learn new technologies and share experiences and knowledge.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, 2-5 years of development experience;
Graduates from 211 or 985 universities preferred;
1-3 years of backend development experience, proficient in using #TypeScript for backend development;
Familiar with Docker technology, capable of independently building and managing backend service containers;
Proficient in MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis, with database design, indexing optimization, and tuning capabilities;
Familiar with backend architecture design, experience in high concurrency and performance optimization preferred;
Possess infrastructure operation and maintenance capabilities, able to manage and optimize Google Cloud or AWS environments;
Experience using Sentry for backend service monitoring and error tracking;
Proficient in using Git for version management and collaborative development;
Basic Linux operation and maintenance skills, capable of service deployment and monitoring configuration;
English Level 6 (CET-6) or above, with good reading and writing skills in English, able to fluently understand technical documents;
Solid computer fundamentals, familiar with common data structures and algorithms, knowledgeable in asynchronous programming and multithreading;
Goal-oriented, able to maintain high productivity in a fast-paced environment, with strong stress resistance;
Proactive in summarizing, able to leverage technical skills to quickly address business needs;
Quick learner, willing to adopt and apply new technologies and concepts, open to technological innovation;
Good teamwork and communication skills, responsible and strong in execution.
