Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher, with 2-5 years of development experience;

Graduates from 211 or 985 universities preferred;

• 1-3 years of back-end development experience, proficient in using #TypeScript for back-end development;
• Familiar with Docker technology, able to independently build and manage back-end service containers;
• Proficient in MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis, with capabilities in database design, indexing optimization, and tuning;
• Familiar with back-end architecture design, experience in high concurrency and performance optimization preferred;
• Possess infrastructure operation and maintenance capabilities, able to manage and optimize Google Cloud or AWS environments;
• Experience with Sentry for back-end service monitoring and error tracking;
• Proficient in using Git for version management and collaborative development;
• Basic Linux operation and maintenance abilities, able to deploy services and configure monitoring;
• CET-6 or higher in English, with good reading and writing skills, able to understand technical documents fluently;
• Solid foundation in computer science, familiar with common data structures and algorithms, understanding of asynchronous programming and multithreading;
• Goal-oriented, able to maintain high productivity in a fast-paced environment, with strong stress resistance;
• Proactive in summarizing, able to leverage technical skills to quickly address business needs;
• Quick learner, willing to embrace and apply new technologies and concepts, open to technological innovation;
• Good teamwork and communication skills, with a sense of responsibility and execution ability.
