• Responsible for Direct & Indirect Procurement transactional processes and departmental functions such as requisition/purchase order transaction processing, invoice resolution, change orders, related management reporting, request for quotations and corresponding internal controls.
• Facilitate the drafting of procurement timelines based on the overall internal/external customer timelines
• Conduct the sourcing of the assigned non-food categories according to the corporate policies and standard operating procedures.
• Responsible for all documentation retention related to the quotations, comparison, requestor form, CAPEX), etc.
• Gather and clarify sourcing requisitions and specifications from users, including requisitions and purchase orders, receive supplier invoices, and process payments.

• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or any related discipline.

• At least 2–5 years of progressive experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles, including a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or managerial position.

• Demonstrated expertise in supplier negotiations, contract administration, and strategic sourcing.

• Solid understanding of procurement policies, risk assessment, and sustainable sourcing practices.

• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Competent in data analysis, risk evaluation, and developing cost-efficient procurement

strategies.

• Excellent negotiation, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
