Description
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure project specifications are met.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for efficient workflow.
- Monitor safety protocols and enforce compliance on-site.
- Assist in project planning and scheduling activities.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in construction or project management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in CAD software, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee site operations, ensure adherence to design specifications, coordinate with contractors.
- Working Conditions: Fieldwork in various weather conditions, potential overtime required.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills.
