JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate or Tertiary level in any Engineering course, BSBA in Operations Management, or any similar field.
  • Has a minimum of 1-year work-related experience.
  • Proficient in MS Word & MS Excel
  • With background in Construction, Fabrication, Installation, or any similar field is a plus.
  • Residing inside Quezon City, nearby areas, or willing to travel/commute.
  • CAN START IMMEDIATELY

SCOPE OF ROLE:

  • Read and reply emails.
  • Project Monitoring (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).
  • Manhour Monitoring (Timekeeping).
  • Prepare pre-qualification documents for project.
  • Prepare documents for installation (Installation Methodology, Manpower Loading, Schedule, CQC Safery Plan)
  • prepare Operation and Maintenance manual
  • Coordination to all client for project (as built, handover, and project close-out)
