• We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Program Coordinator to manage and support the successful delivery of our fitness and holistic wellness programs. The ideal candidate has a passion for wellness, strong administrative skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule wellness programs, including fitness sessions, nutrition consults, and corporate workshops..
• Support on boarding of new clients and program participants, ensuring they understand how to access and navigate our services.
• Track program progress and attendance, maintaining detailed records and following up with clients as needed.
• Handle administrative tasks, such as calendar management, progress reports, and internal communication.
• Assist in the development of wellness materials, resources, and event planning as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve program efficiency, client satisfaction, and team coordination

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or administrative roles
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple programs and clients remotely.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for working with diverse clients, coaches, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Trello/Asana, and basic CRM platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, take initiative, and solve problems efficiently.
