Description
- Lead and supervise the production team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor production processes and maintain quality standards.
- Implement safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize production.
- Train and mentor team members for skill development.
- Prepare reports on production metrics and performance.
Requirements
- BS Industrial Engineering or any other related technical engineering course.
- With relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Background in lean manufacturing, production planning or quality system is an advantage
- Strong Leadership and Good at multitasking
- Willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna from Mon-Sat (8am-5pm)
