- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and management skills, proficient in supervisory tasks, technical expertise, and adept with project management tools.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage teams, ensure consumer engagement, and optimize processes for efficiency.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment with possible on-site presence at operational locations.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
