Description

  • Perform and coordinate administrative / general tasks
  • Draft letters and documents
  • Engage with exhibitors and maintain correspondence with them
  • Assist in handling all the concerns of the exhibitors
  • Prepare and cascade agenda and minutes of the meeting
  • Organize and maintain records and documents
  • Accomplish other tasks that may be delegated from time to time

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Work or internship experience in operations or events management
  • Amenable to full onsite work in Greenhills, San Juan
  • Willing to work on Monday to Saturday schedule (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
