About the Role:
We’re looking for a versatile, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Operations & Support Agent to handle various projects as they arise. This role requires someone who can seamlessly balance behind-the-scenes operational tasks with direct customer interactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both internal teams and customers.
We’re looking for someone who learns quickly, works well in a fast-paced environment, and has experience with HubSpot, Chargebee (or similar subscription billing platforms), and customer interactions. Clear and professional communication in English is essential for this role.
Role and Responsibilities:
● Handle ad hoc projects as assigned, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
● Engage with customers via email, chat, or phone, providing clear and effective support.
● Work within HubSpot and Chargebee (or similar systems) to update accounts, manage billing inquiries, and analyze data.
● Investigate and resolve customer account or billing issues, ensuring a seamless experience.
● Identify process inefficiencies and proactively suggest improvements.
● Collaborate cross-functionally with support, success, and finance teams on customer-related projects.
● Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
● Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and work independently to drive tasks to completion.
Qualifications:
● College graduate of any 4-year course
● 2-5 years’ experience in customer operations or service
● Customer service experience—you can communicate, professionally and empathetically.
● Experience with HubSpot, Chargebee, or similar CRM and billing platforms (SaaS experience a plus).
● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and professionally.
● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of tasks without micromanagement.
● Excellent attention to detail—you catch mistakes others might miss.
● Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple projects.
● Quick learner who can efficiently pick up new tools, processes, and tasks.
● A proactive mindset—you're always looking for ways to improve processes and create better customer experiences.
Work Arrangement and Compensation:
● Hybrid work arrangement and may require the employees to report in the office occasionally
● Will follow US hours typically from 11pm to 8am Manila time
● Earn up to Php 65,000 gross monthly salary
