- Develop and execute merchandising strategies to optimize product visibility and sales.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform product selections.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create promotional materials.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely product delivery.
- Train and oversee merchandising staff to ensure standards are met.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in merchandising or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong business analysis, budgeting, project management, proficiency in MS Office, compliance, and content moderation.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop merchandising strategies, manage budgets, analyze sales data, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel to retail locations.
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-oriented, collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
