Telemarketer Job Responsibilities:

Performs telemarketing activities to support the company’s Lead Generation activities.

Telemarketer Job Duties:

· Performs outbound and inbound calls in support of the company’s marketing activities.

· Qualifies prospects based on given sets of criteria.

· Influences prospects to evaluate the company’s solutions by following a prepared telemarketing scripts.

· Maintains the company’s customer database.

· Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Telemarketer Skills and Qualifications:

· Education - A graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or any business related course.

· Years of Experience – 1 to 2 years’ experience in telemarketing.

· New graduates are welcome.

· Skills - Proficient in English, Persistence, Time Management, Telephone Sales, Customer Service, Prospecting Skills, Motivation for Sales, Handles Rejection well
