Description
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and sanitation practices are followed.
- Prepare and cook menu items, maintain cleanliness, follow recipes, and collaborate with kitchen staff.
- Assist with inventory management and ingredient sourcing.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in cook skills, mise-en-place, kitchen hygiene, attention to detail, knife skills, culinary techniques, and ability to work under pressure. Must be a team player.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment requiring physical stamina and adaptability.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, passion for cooking, and ability to stay organized amid busy service.
