Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year course required)
- 3–5 years’ experience in an assistant or managerial role, with at least 1 year in government registration, licensing, and accreditation
- In-depth knowledge of tax laws, compliance requirements, and license renewal processes
- Familiarity with government agencies including:
- SEC, BIR, DTI, FDA, DOE, BSP, AMLC, DA, PAGCOR, DOLE, PEZA, and others relevant to business operations
- Strong coordination skills in handling applications/renewals with LGUs and national agencies
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data and document management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for internal and external coordination
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation/reporting software
- Ability to adapt to regulatory changes and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes is an advantage
Job ResponsibilitiesKey Unit Accountabilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Licensing Services to ensure effective use of resources and achievement of performance targets.
- Implement service strategies in alignment with organizational goals and direction from the General Manager.
- Develop and review compliance protocols, policies, and monitoring systems to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Create and manage performance systems and continuous service improvement plans.
- Prepare and analyze service performance reports, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Provide technical and strategic advice on licensing matters to managers and senior leadership.
- Manage time-sensitive submissions, applications, and special cases with appropriate action and oversight.
- Resolve complex licensing issues and handle sensitive or critical cases with discretion.
- Ensure proper document management and compliance with the Data Privacy Act.
- Support and guide departments on licensing, registration, and accreditation with relevant government agencies.
- Develop and monitor Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to improve employee performance and department efficiency.
- Translate management programs and strategies into actionable service delivery plans.
- Monitor legal and regulatory updates affecting licensing, registration, and accreditation.
- Lead special registration/accreditation projects and formulate efficient workflows.
- Review and ensure quality of documentation before submission.
- Plan and facilitate training programs to build technical, vocational, or managerial competencies.
- Strategize workload balancing across the department for optimal performance.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support the General Manager and department objectives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
