Description
- Dispense medications, counsel patients, manage inventory, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Provide accurate medication dispensing and patient counseling.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations.
- Manage inventory and maintain medication records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for optimal patient care.
- Educate patients on drug interactions and side effects.
- Participate in health screenings and wellness programs.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong retail sales techniques, comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceuticals, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: May work in a retail setting with varying hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be organized, empathetic, team-oriented, and possess a strong ethical foundation.
