We are seeking a multi-talented professional who excels in developing and managing learning management systems(LMS). The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, creative individual with experience in managing online learning platforms. This role will support the delivery of educational content, training programs, and digital marketing materials.

LMS Platform Administration Responsibilities{{:}

}• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring smooth delivery of online courses and training materials

.• Manage the uploading, organizing, and updating of course content, videos, quizzes, and other learning materials within the LM

S• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support for learners experiencing difficulties with accessing or navigating the LMS

.• Track and report learner engagement, course completion rates, and other key metrics to assess the effectiveness of the content

.Requirement

s• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Communications, Marketing, Instructional Design, etc.) or equivalent experience

.• Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

.• Experience in educational content creation or elearning development

.• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for LMS customization

.• Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.

)
