Rebisco Group of Food Companies is looking for a Learning and Organizational Development Officer!
What are the Roles and Responsibilities?
Organizational Development
- Responsible for the initial conceptualization, analysis, monitoring and implementation of Learning and OD programs and interventions
- Reviews and updates Position Description and Qualifications (PDQs) of each position in the company
- Develops functional competencies and corresponding assessment tools in partnership with department heads
- Helps in finalizing organizational charts and plantilla in concurrence with department heads.
- Monitors implementation of Performance Management System (PMS)
- Assists line leaders in the implementation of career and succession planning programs of each business unit
- Conducts Organizational Climate Surveys/ Organization Diagnosis
- Reviews and analyzes data gathered through Organizational Diagnosis (e.g., Employee Engagement Survey,
- Organizational Culture Survey, Demographic Risk Assessment, etc.).
- Monitors institutionalization of the company’s Vision-Mission-Values (VMV) aligned with the company’s strategy and culture.
- Gives recommendations/ comments on OD-related policies and processes.
Learning and Development
- Conducts training needs assessment of a department, section or individual
- Designs relevant training programs based on needs assessment
- Partners with department heads in developing and implementing the unit’s training plan
- Coordinates with Corporate L&D on the implementation of Leadership Development Programs
- Partners with Immediate Leaders in identifying and implementing post-training learning application initiatives
- Tracks training budget utilization of business units
- Conceptualizes and implements follow-through training courses.
- Prepares and submits the Post-Training Documentation Report
- Provides input to LOD Head on learning and development analytics
- Monitors post-training action plan of training participants.
- Confers and negotiates with outside consultants and training service providers/vendors regarding training.
- Undertakes special training-related projects as the need arises.
- Informs Immediate Superior and/or food safety Team on any concern related to food Safety Management System.
- Performs other related tasks and special projects that may be assigned from time to time.
This could be for you if you’re:
- A Graduate of any 4-year course; preferably communication, Behavioral Science, Psychology, Industrial Organization or any related course
- At least 3 years experience in Learning and Organizational Development
- Experience in Training Cycle (Training Needs Analysis, Training Design, Training Delivery and Implementation and Training Evaluation)
- Background in Training Administration Management, Organizational Diagnosis, Organizational Design and Analysis, Performance Management System, and Talent Management
- Project Management
- Data Analytics
- Willing to be based in Tanza, Cavite
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Ability to commute/relocate:
- To Tanza, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
