Description

-- Familiar with product functions, accurately addressing user product issues and handling exceptional user orders

-- Proficient in community/email/online customer service tools, responding quickly and resolving user problems

-- Conducting job-related review work using backend tools

-- Providing timely feedback on issues in the process, responsible for collecting and organizing problems to assist in optimizing products and services

-- Able to adapt to shift work/long night shifts

Requirements

-- Strong logical thinking abilities to assess the genuine needs of users

-- Passionate about customer service, responsible for customer experience, and capable of providing comprehensive solutions

Job Requirements

-- Effectively adjust communication methods and styles according to different audiences

-- Possess self-management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

-- Proficiency in English is preferred
