Role: QA Tester

Work Arrangement: Work From Home

Schedule: Mid Shift

• Conduct thorough exploratory testing of educational apps across multiple platforms, including Web, Android, iOS, Mac, and Windows.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure clear communication of issues and swift resolution of bugs.

• Work efficiently and transparently while maintaining high standards of reporting (e.g., bug tickets).

• Follow test plans and execute test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

• Create detailed bug reports, including logs, screenshots, and steps to reproduce issues.

• Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role, with a focus on manual exploratory testing.

• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.

• Familiarity with testing across various platforms, especially web, iOS, and Android apps.

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes (e.g., SDLC, exploratory testing, Jira, Confluence).
