  • Role: Inventory Admin
  • Work Arrangement: Work From Office
  • Location: Pampanga
  • Schedule: Night Shift
  • Prepare and manage quotes.
  • Create and modify drawings (proficient in Excel).
  • Process and enter orders accurately.
  • Handle complaints regarding unfulfilled orders.
  • Monitor and manage inventory control.
  • Inform customers of pricing and collect payments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Admin Assistant, Order Entry Specialist, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of inventory management to ensure efficient service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with SolidWorks is an advantage.
