职位描述

We are actively recruiting an experienced IT Service Desk Representative to provide crucial technical support to our end users. This position necessitates proficiency in both Urdu and English, alongside a solid foundation in IT support principles. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues and ensuring a smooth user experience.

职位要求

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of a Senior High School diploma or equivalent.
  • At least six (6) months of experience in a Technical Support or IT Service Desk environment.
  • Fluency in both Urdu and English (verbal and written).
  • Demonstrated ability in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
