  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support performance management and employee relations.
  • Administer employee benefits and payroll tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in organizing training programs and workshops.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students with internship experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Google Drive, google sheet. Google Docs. payroll software, strong analytical, and communication skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based environment with standard working hours. Must not allergic to pets
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
