- Collaborate with business leaders to provide human resources support and guidance.
- Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage employee relations and performance.
- Manage human resources projects and programs as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, or current student, with a preference for majors in Human Resources or Science and Engineering.
- Some understanding of the Web3 or internet industry.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Completed courses related to project management or holds a project management certification.
