  • Responsible in leading the organization's training , development, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Expertise in instructional design, adult learning theories and evaluation methodologies
  • Employee relations and data analysis & reporting
  • Strong network of local and international training and development organization
  • Ability to build strong relationship with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design


Requirements

  • Graduate of BS Human Resource Development Management or BS Psychology (preferably with Master's but not required)
  • with at least 5 to 9 years of experience in training & development / employee engagement
  • amenable to START ASAP and willing to be assign here in Binan City Laguna
