Job Description

Description

  1. Reports administratively and functionally to the HRD Manager
  2. Assists in the design, implementation, communication and administration of compensation and benefits programs;
  3. Supervises daily compensation and benefits administration;
  4. Administers the company's HRIS;
  5. Provides support to managers and staff having concerns on compensation and benefits;
  6. Transacts with SSS, PhilHealth and HDMF Offices;
  7. Transacts with designated banks and facilitates application for payroll accounts of employees;
  8. Keeps updates on general labor standards and other laws/advisories pertaining to compensation and benefits
