Description
- Deal with employee regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as attendance record, absences, lates, etc.
- Provide support to HR in resolving employee concerns or issues.
- Assist in communicating company policies and procedures to employees.
- Assist with performance reviews, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Interviewing applicants
Requirements
- College Graduate in BS Business Administration major in Human Resources degree
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Strong computer skills especially in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills
