Description

  • Provide administrative support to management and various departments
  • Manage office operations, supplies, and equipment
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle correspondence, filing, and document management
  • Assist in human resources activities (recruitment, onboarding, employee records)
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
  • Manage vendor relationships and office contracts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Handle petty cash and office budget management
  • Coordinate with external parties and government agencies

Requirements
