Description

  • Support HR operations by managing employee records and databases.
  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings and interviews.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires.

  • Provide administrative support to HR team as needed.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR roles or internships.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in computer applications, HR consulting abilities, strong discretion, exceptional leadership, and effective communication skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in HR operations, support recruitment, handle employee inquiries, and maintain HR records.
  • Working Conditions: Typically an office environment with standard working hours.
