Description

  • This position develops and conducts training programs to ensure that all operations and support group will be given equal opportunities for training and promotion.
  • Responsible for researches and studies related to personnel management, organization development, and the administration of programs that pertains to the over-all development of an employee.
  • Does the conceptualization, design, coordination, preparation, facilitation and evaluation of a program pertaining to organizational development.

Requirements

  • With Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or any related course.
  • With at least 2 years experience in Training and Learning & Development
  • Strong Communication, Facilitation and Presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, Canva and other digital training platforms
