Description
- Prepares the annual training plan as directed by the HR Manager and management
- Schedules the annual training calendar and communicated this to all employees and/or related parties
- Coordinated with the department heads for mandatory training of employees
- Competency and skills trainings
- Monitors and reports on the development of each employee's skill level according to the approved competency design
- Documentation
- Maintains and monitors the database of training of all employees
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related course
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in office computer programs
- Critical thinker and detailed-oriented
- Excellent in communication and organization skills
