Support recruitment processes by coordinating interviews and managing applicant communications.
Assist in employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Facilitate training sessions and employee development initiatives.
Provide administrative support to the HR department.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years in HR roles, preferably in recruiting and employee relations.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, employee relations, payroll, talent management, performance management, and training development.
