- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee performance evaluation processes.
- Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.
- Organize training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support management in strategic HR planning.

- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee recruitment processes, manage employee relations, and implement HR policies.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel for recruitment.
