Job Description
Event Support:
- Help plan, organize, and run company events and activities.
- Work with the HR team to ensure events are well-coordinated and successful.
- Assist with logistics for events, like booking venues, arranging catering, and coordinating with vendors.
- Perform general administrative duties like data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Help prepare HR-related documents and reports.
- Archiving of document
- Watermarking of newly registered documents
- Review of aging items
- Support in system closure of findings
- Support in preparation of 3rd party audit
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, BS Business Administration major in Human Resource or any related course
- Officially enrolled in a university
- At least on its penultimate year
- Enrolled in an internship subject
- With good scholastic records duly endorsed by the school
- Able to pass the pre-internship requirements ( Institutional & Student MOA)
- Required hours: 240 or up
- Willing to be assigned in Capas, Tarlac
