  • Welcome guests and check them in/out efficiently.
  • Manage reservations and handle inquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Handle billing, payments, and maintain cash drawer accuracy.
  • Assist with guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Requirements

  • Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Agent
  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a customer service role preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service, organizational, communication, problem-solving skills, and computer literacy.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Check guests in and out, manage reservations, address guest inquiries, and ensure a pleasant stay.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced hotel environment, may require shift work, including nights and weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
