- Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist with product knowledge and troubleshooting.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or at least 2 year college undergrad or 2 year course
- Experience Level: 2 years international bpo experience
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, knowledge of compliance regulations, and a strong eagerness to assist customers.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Working Conditions: Typically in an office environment or remote.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset.
