Objective of the position : The primary aim of the Head of Financial Services is both strategic and operational.

Qualifications

• A pioneering spirit and willingness to build, nurture and develop a young Financial Services organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is required.
• Proven extensive experience in a financial services role, preferably in a multinational company (Payroll, Record to Report, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and internal controls.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems (SAP, Excel).
• Business English, stakeholder management and presentation skills to work in a global environment and collaborate with Director and C-level management colleagues and stakeholders.

Experience in Purchase To Pay (e.g. Accounts Payable), Order To Cash (e.g. Billing, Accounts Receivables, Cash Application), Accounting, Master Data (e.g. customer & supplier).

SAP 4/H know how - ideally SAP FI/CO master (in-depth technical know-how), ok strong working experience
