We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Intern to join the team driving user growth for Sarimart, our fast-growing FMCG vertical. You'll work closely with the Growth Associate and Head of Growth to analyze data, support strategic projects, and turn growth plans into real action — especially in-app. If you’re detail-oriented, spreadsheet-savvy, and eager to learn the ropes of growth marketing and strategy and analytics in a dynamic startup environment, this role is for you.

Success in this role looks like: making sense of numbers, spotting opportunities for user acquisition and retention, and helping execute campaigns that actually move the needle. You’ll be a key part of a lean but high-performing team, where your insights will directly shape how thousands of sari-sari stores grow with us.

This is a full-time, 3-month internship with a hybrid setup (mostly remote, with 1 day a week in the office).

• Analyze key growth metrics and user behavior to identify actionable insights
• Support the team in executing in-app campaigns and other growth initiatives
• Work with the Growth Associate to monitor performance across different channels (SMS, in-app, etc.)
• Help structure reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Ops, and Supply to ensure smooth rollout of growth plans
• Conduct competitor and market analysis as needed

• Comfortable working with Google Sheets or Excel (you’ll be using them daily!)
• Detail-oriented and data-driven mindset
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields (but we’re open if you’re really into it)
• Ability to commit full-time for 3 months
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, hybrid environments
• Open to working in-office 1x/week (location: Century Spire, Makati)
