  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Support year-end closing and audits
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Enhance internal controls and processes

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in General Ledger accounting.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare journal entries, manage reconciliations, and ensure compliance with GAAP.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and ability to work under pressure.
