Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: More than 1 year of experience in a customer service-oriented role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer relationship management skills, exceptional communication, and customer service abilities.
- Working Conditions: Primarily during office hours in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, organized, and capable of multitasking with a positive attitude.
