- Assist customers with menu selections and meal orders.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely service.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
Requirements
- Job Title: Dining Crew
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School Diploma
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Skills and Competencies: Custom Management, Waitering, Hospitality Skills, Customer Oriented, Excellent Communication Skills
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, potential for evening and weekend shifts
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, approachable, detail-oriented, and a team player
