Description
- Oversee daily operations of food and beverage services.
- Ensure high standards of quality and presentation.
- Train and manage staff effectively.
- Monitor inventory and assist with procurement.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for smooth service flow.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in food and beverage operations.
- Skills and Competencies: Teamwork, Operations Management, Quality Control, Strong Work Ethic.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require evening and weekend hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and a proactive team player.
