Description
- Oversee financial strategy, planning, and forecasting.
- Manage budgets, financial reports, and cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Lead investment decisions and risk management.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Supervise the Finance team and enhance financial systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification
- 3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present financial data
- Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
