The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing on-site technical support and maintenance for laboratory devices. This role involves installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining diagnostic devices to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service skills.

• Install and set up laboratory equipment at customer sites.

• Ensure all equipment is calibrated and functioning correctly.

• Provide initial training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on laboratory machines.

• Diagnose and repair technical issues with diagnostic devices.

• Replace or repair defective parts and components.

• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot equipment issues on-site or remotely.

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers to resolve issues.

• Escalate complex technical problems to higher-level support when necessary.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support.

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Electronics Engineer

• With at least 1 year of experience as a Field Service Engineer or a similar role

• Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing laboratory machine

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

• Willing to travel most of the time 

• Preferably lives nearby Cotabato Regional Medical Center (CRMC)
